Terms and conditions of sale

If your order has not arrived, you must notify us within 14 days of the date of dispatch. If you do not notify us within this timeframe, we will not refund or replace your order.

Should an item be returned to us after failed delivery attempts (due to reasons such as the customer not being available to receive the parcel), the customer can either request a refund for the price of the item paid (not including shipping) or pay again for the item to be shipped again.

Returns policy

You have 14 days to return your order. If you return your order, you will be refunded the full amount minus any shipping costs.

No refund will be paid if the item is not in a resalable condition. Import duties and taxes are not refundable.

Customs and import duties

Items are shipped worldwide from the UK. Some countries will charge import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the minimum threshold for the item’s value. All customers are responsible for paying these charges as required by the country of import.

If duties are not paid, the order will be returned to the sender. In such a case, you will be refunded the purchase cost, minus any shipping costs, once the item has returned to the UK.
